Total Computer Protection does not offer any tangible products at this point so all returns are based on reoccurring billing.

If Total Computer Protection does not meet your needs a full refund will be issued if requested during the first 10 days of service. After the first 10 days, a request to terminate the Total Computer Protection contract must be emailed to support@totalcarecomputer.com 15 days before your monthly renewal date.  Your renewal date will be included in your welcome email and is typically the day of the month you started the service.
