Total Computer Protection does not offer any tangible products at this point so all returns are based on reoccurring billing.

If Total Computer Protection does not meet your needs a full refund will be issued if requested during the first 10 days of service. After the first 10 days, a request to terminate the Total Computer Protection contract must be emailed to 15 days before your monthly renewal date.  Your renewal date will be included in your welcome email and is typically the day of the month you started the service.
